Generally, the 120 Hz refresh rate will mitigate the fast-motion blur to some extent, but it will still be there at least a little. A lot on cheapo sets. (The size of the screen is irrelevant.)

"...what is the better brand Samsung, Insignia, Sharp, or Westinghouse?..." Generally speaking, Samsung is superior to the others. Sharp has many fine models. Insignia is Best Buy's house brand--a few decent models, but mostly not to be recommended. Avoid Westinghouse--a very low end budget brand.

I have a samsung plasma tv. Is it possible for me to enjoy 3d blu ray in it ? i dont have the budget to gget a 3d led tv right now. i have seen 3d videos in my tv (anaglyph) with good clarity.
