The Core i3 desktop is better. Plus it's upgradable, the laptop is not.

Samsung HDTV's EH models vs F models?

Which model is better, EH (2012 model) or the F series (2013 model)? I'm looking to get a 32" 1080p tv maybe smart, the EH5300 and the F5500 are the smart models and the EH5000 and F5000 are the regular models. Any suggestions?

E means 2012, F means 2013. 5300 and 5500 are series numbers. The higher is better. H means hybrid led technology which is quite rare in the latest tvs. So F5500 is the best.

Just so you know, Seiki makes 4k tvs for a budget price that has four times the resolution of 1080p tvs. Comparefroggy has a great tv buying guide.
