Which 40 inch LCD/LED TV is good for taking to India from US?

I am planning to take back one LCD/LED TV 40 inch from US to India. Please suggest make & model.
I will use DIsc/ Direct to Home (DTH) connection in India, so NTSC /PAL will not be a issue.

Bad Idea since US and India use different standards.

If you insist, you need to buy a multi-standard (NTSC/PAL) TV which cost much more.

Does a LED TV require a Voltage Stabilizer in INDIA?

I have bought a SKYWORTH LED TV. Does it require a Voltage Stabilizer? At showroom they say yes.

tv power supply is a switch mode type...it works on a wide range of power voltages changes so no need to stablizer.
you need a protector.....
when power went out....it goes in again...some unwanted waves mix with power because of switching in power station....so the first minutes are dangerous for devices...protector has a delay time for power connection ...also it disconnects power on higher or lower voltages.

stablizer is a device which give a constant voltage on output...if its input is 140 to 280 volts...its output is 220 volts.
