Yes (possibly) if your computer is a laptop it should either have a VGA, HDMI, or S-VIDEO inputs and your TV should have one of those also. Just wire up whichever wire both devices support and Windows Vista & Windows 7 will both automatically recognize the TV as a monitor.
Now if you have a desktop PC depending on how new it is or if it has an actual graphics card or not it may only have one port (VGA or DVI). If it only has one port run the corresponding cord to the TV. If it has multiple ports you can use multiple monitors /tv's together.

Help with Tv incompatibility?
Al Gio
i had gotten a Roxio game capture unit and it is incompatible with my tv. I have a 32" LED westing house this unit requires YPbPr Componet cables(the blue green and red ones) my tv does not have these. Although it has a input on the remote it does not have the input on the back of the tv please help.
Maybe there is a converter or a box that gives the ports i dont have. I have 1 avi port and 2 hdmi HELP!!
Answer
You need to be more specific about which model Westinghouse you have.
HOWEVER!
A quick scan around the net suggests that modern Westinghouse LED TVs ALL have conventional Video/audio input/output facilities including VGA, Composite Video and HDMI
Interface: 1 x coaxial, 1 x composite, 2 x HDMI, 1 x VGA, 1 x PC audio-in, 3 x audio-in (2 x RCA), 1 x digital optical out (SPDIF), 1 x AC Power In: 1
Maybe those interface sockets ate HIDDEN behind a removable panel, but they will be there.
Have a check in the User Manual, or if you don't have it check http://westinghousedigital.com
