Which TV would you buy?

I'm down to deciding between these two televisions. My question is, which TV should I buy and does anyone have any experience with either of these tv's?
Thanks for the reply Michael, I'm leaning towards the LG. The Apps are not a major selling point for me because I have an Xbox for my apps. If anyone else can confirm that LG does have better picture quality, which i suspect is true, I will get the LG.

@Patrick - Sears carries most of the same brands.

LG advantages:
- Better color quality
- Four 3d glasses (two more than Vizio)
- Larger screen

Vizio advantages:
-Smart functionality


I personally don't care about Smart functionality. I would go with the LG.
