Is playstation 3d display worth it?

Lebron06

Is the playstation 3d display same as the 24 inch led t.v? I am going to use for a computer, xbox360, and a ps3. Is the display going to be good? Is it better than buying a led t. v. I am confused please help thx.

Answer
I dunno, but there's probably a reason why they're on clearance for half the price they were a year ago. But I hear it's a decent 3D TV, as long as you don't mind playing on a relatively small 24" screen. Durability and longevity could be a major issue.

What are the differences between the normal ps3 and the ps3 slim. Can we say that one is better than the other?

Also, if you know, Is there going to be a PS3 special edition of Final Fantasy XIII in europe, and how is it gonna look like? like the japanese one?
Also is their even the slightest change of the graphics?

Answer
Same as he said, power, efficiency, style, size etc. have changed
the thing is that i got the old style but wouldn't change it. yes it's a little heavier and bigger but the gloss finish goes with most LCD/LED TV except for some Bravia's (sony) will a rough finish, then i would get the rough slim line but power really isn't that much higher do to similar components.
The touch controls are more sleek compared to the old button style on the new slim.
The standard hard drive for the old style was at highest 80gb compared to the 250gb of the slim but i've seen a 1tb (terabyte) hard drive on ebay for £80-£100 which would make it 4 times bigger.
and on Failure, mine hasn't broke once and nor has any of my friends, all got old style except 1(xmas).
and no, they don't sell the old style new anymore but you could be lucky to find cheap clearance stock (which i would jump at the chance) but good second hand ones are everywhere.
but up2you so take your pick!
what is rubbish is that japan have an exclusive white version which looks so stylish and modern (light and bright too)

Is a plasma TV worth buying these days?

CrAzY_DaVe

I was looking at buying a 43 inch plasma TV for gaming and sports and was wondering if someone could clear up a few things for me.

I have quite a bright room and therefore i am worried that the glare from the glass might be unbearable. Could anyone shine any light on this? Do they have filters or something that help absorb them?

The second one is that most plasmas are not full HD and was wondering if anyone really notices the difference in them with a screen thats 43inches?

With this information, can anyone recommend a decent sized plasma with preferably full HD for under 400 quid?

There might be more questions edited in if i think of anymore.

Thanks in advance.

Answer
some people know NOTHING about plasma tv's forget about the answers who say led tv's they are speaking out of there bum holes

plasma tv do suffer from bad reflection in a bright sunny room, that is the only bad point there is to plasma tv, but if your thinking of hanging the tv on the wall get a bracket that tilts, that will help with the reflection

the only problem you have got is trying to get a plasma tv for under 400 quid,, that is not going to be easy if you said under £520 yeah no problem i would point you to this panasonic plasma tv

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Panasonic-TX-P42ST30B-42-inch-Internet-Ready-Freeview/dp/B004TFDTMS/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1334166306&sr=8-3

but i have found this panasonic 42in plasma tv with freeview HD built in for under £400 the only problem is that the tv is 2010-2011 model
