What are the best calibration settings for 60" Vizio E601i-A3?

I am trying to find out the best calibration settings for my new 60" Vizio E601i-A3 LED TV. I mainly watch sports (Primarily hockey and football but baseball too and march madness. Also movies, TV shows but not as much. I like the built in picture settings and I'm using a modified Vivid setting right now, but would like to know what the best one is. The TV is in a more darker then lighter room. Thanks!

You need to calibrate the TV to a reference DVD, or have it calibrated by a professional calibration service.

In terms of picture quality it's better then standard LCD, but NOT better then Plasma yet!

Plasma TV's = 2,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio; 40,000:1 native and 600hz refresh rates!

LED LCD TV's = 1,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio; 20,000:1 native and 120hz refresh rates. AND SUPER EXPENSIVE!!!

And LED LCD's still suffer from some degree of motion blurring during fast motion content like sports & gaming...Plasma TV's DON'T! Plasma TV's are still the king of Picture quality!!!
