a) Dell IN1910NB '19 inches' LCD
b) Dell IN1930 '18.5 inches' LED
Please tell what is the difference in the LED & LCD monitor's please provide proper specifications also provide the specifications website or link that have the specifications. please don't say just its LED & LCD & the size varies. I would like to know by technical matter.

The differences isn't that they aren't both LCD, they are, the difference is that older style LCD display use fluorescent back lighting.
"newer" LCD displays labeled "LED" (including the virtually all flat screen TV's marketed as "LED")are simply LCD displays that have LED back lighting.
There are currently no TRUE "LED" (properly named "OLED") on the market at any size
that do not cost thousands of US dollars.
Don't get me wrong LED back-lighting is superior to Fluorescent back-lighting,
because it's more reliable.
As we all know that fluorescent tubes do not last forever, nor do the small high voltage supply built into laptop and desktop monitor screens.
LED's while not "eternal" are a lot closer to it than fluorescent.

How much could i sell my tv for?

I dont know exactly what kind of tv i own but i know its a samsung and i dont know the difference between flat screen and lcd so ill just assume flat screen. its 19 inch's wide and a couple inches thick. no scratch's or anything.

not enough details in your description but I'm assuming it's an older flat screen by samsung in good condition. I'll say somewhere between 80 and 100 johanna because I have a new 24" LED thin screen and that I'm selling for 160. check for used 19 inch samsung tvs on google as a reference and then I would suggest you price it at a competitive price, that way you have good results selling. good luck.
