i've got a 22 inch vizio 1080p led tv and i won't to upgrade to a 32 inch vizio 1080p lcd tv thats 3D I wont to know will lose any picture quality by going from a led to a lcd.

Forget about comparing led with lcd, they are very different technology. If you are getting a lcd for indoors, its ok. Cause an lcd tv reflects light from the surrounding. A plasma does not. An lcd for outdoor viewing is a bad idea.

A pretty decent screen size, maybe 30" or something. And An HD TV (obviously), one that can support game consoles and Blue-ray. As well as having the best possible picture and sound quality. Especially when it comes to playing games and HD channels, and so on.
