Bigger hands down. Do NOT buy a 3D TV until the tech catches up with the world. Because 3D TVs with glasses are stupid an annoying and expensive. Buy a 55" + TV that is just LED and you will be golden.

in 2013 3D TV is overrated!

If you're thinking of buying one, my vote is to buy neither.

CLED looks like a logical improvement over the shortcomings of OLED, but it's brand new. With any brand-new technology, you don't know what the track record is because there isn't one. The track record on OLEDs, for example, isn't great--short panel life, for one thing. What unknown shortcomings are there in CLEDs? Only time will tell. Time will also drive down the price.
