Yes. Virtually every LCD monitor and TV has a vga input connection. If you want better video, you may need to add a video card with DVI-out for a digital connection. Look for 120hz, 1080p, and LED. LG, Samsung, Sharp, Sony, and Panasonic are all very good. Element, Viore, and Vizio are budget-level displays, but are usually a couple hundred dollars less than the others with the same exact specifications, just uglier on the bezel.
