What can i do to troubleshoot my T.V?

I have a VIZIO Razor LED - M420NV - LED-backlit LCD TV - 1080p since June of 2011. My T.V is currently going on and off sometimes i may have to turn it back on with the remote. It sometimes makes a crackling noise before going off plus this is rare but there are pink pixel lines followed by the crackling noise and turning off. So far i have try resetting the T.V, then unplug and replug now it just goes off and on without needing to use the remote to turn it on and theirs maybe 10 to 20min between it going off and a second or 2 to turn back on by itself.

Today is 6/10/2012. You bought your TV in June of 2011. After June 10th? If yes, it's still under warranty. Start the process immediately.

The best TAB you ca hand yourself with is Apple iPad Mini, but the problem is with calling feature that you want...
If you don't need TAB with Calling Facility then go for Apple 16GB iPad Mini with Wi-Fi.
