Is it possible to convert VGA output to a A/V or HDMI input?

My TV tuner card has only a VGA output, and I was wondering if there was a way I could have all that stuff in my LED TV which only has A/V or HDMI inputs.

Can a simple (VGA to A/V) converter do the trick or are there some complicated multi step procedures for it?

Answer
I assume your TV tuner card is in a PC, right? Does that PC have no Audio ports?
The way this usually works is your tuner card (usually in a PCIe slot - Peripheral Component Interconnect express - see here):

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCI_Express

tuner card supplies TV signals to the PC, from which you can take video and audio to your TV. If the PC only has VGA Out you can get a converter (passive adapters exist, but they usually don't work, as VGA is usually analog, HDMI is digital, and A/V, while analog, is a different format from VGA) like this:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00351VWKI/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_2?pf_rd_p=1535523722&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B001NXDQEK&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=02G6TDEVCRR3JAB4PC3Q or this
http://www.amazon.com/Nexhi-HDMI-VGACONVERTER-Audio-HDMI-Converter/dp/B0015YWV1G

But before you pick one of these (the A/V - Composite video - will only provide Standard Def, the HDMI can be HD) do be sure your TV has no PC (also labeled VGA or RGB - 15 pins in 3 rows of5). If it does, all you need is two cables, even bundled like this (which will save money and video conversion, as each conversion reduces quality):

Hope this helps - good luck!
EDIT #2 - David E's 3rd link is to an adapter that most likely WON'T work - see the mfgr note "Your video card MUST be able to support s-Video or Composite out through it's VGA port. This is known as a TV out function." - few PCs do this.

How to watch internet channels on TV?

Some people told me I need a special LED TV for that. Some said I need "some" gadget to do this but failed to tell me the name of the gadget, where is it produced and other technical details. I request to all those who know the details to provide correct information. Any serious answer will be accepted.

Hey Pak, it's an honor to be have the chance to answer your question for a change :D.

Basically, if you want to connect your computer display to a CRT TV, you'll need a 2-way VGA cable (like one of these: [http://www.inmax.ca/images/Component_VGA_RCA.jpg]). Connect the VGA end (the bigger and black end) to the computer's VGA plug (if it's a desktop, it's probably connected to the monitor; if it's a laptop, it'll be on one of the sides), and connect the red, green/white, and yellow cables into the TV's input ports.

If it's an HDTV, you'll need an HDMI cable. If your laptop supports HD output, you can use a 2-way HDMI (like one of these: [http://hdmicablesreview.info/wp-content/uploads/hdmi-cable-2.jpg] ), if not you'll need a VGA-HDMI cable: [http://i00.i.aliimg.com/photo/v0/105810764/CABLE_VGA_HDMI_M_M_W_BSTR.jpg]).

In this case you want to connect VGA end to the computer, and the HDMI (the flat end) end to the computer. And you're ready to go!!

HDMI cables tend to be more expensive.

P.S.: Like TJ said, you'll need a fast internet connection to stream cricket games from the internet, like here http://www.mylivecricket.com/ .
